Millennium Jag

We had a water coolant leak, in our Jag, which Millennium said was due to the water pump needing changing. They charged us 800 to repair. But Its still leaked a week later. So back it went and they then said it was the gasket. But It still leaked after another week. It went back for a third time. They then said it was the water rail outlet pipe, that they hadn't spotted the last two times. They charged us another 960 to repair it. We have completely lost faith and trust in this company. We would not recommend them, or use them again. One star is not a recommendation!!!!!!!

They would charge you an arm and leg to repair your car when their operation cost is not even one third of the main dealer but somehow they would charge you the same price as the main to investigate and repair faults. if you end up going back to them for the same fault they would tell you it's a different problem so you end up paying them even more. My recommendation is to run away from Jaguar and Land Rover forever. I ended up paying them close to 3000 to repair wiring problems.

My car had a DPF related issue and they were able to book me in on very short notice and diagnosed the issue as an EGR sensor that needed replacing along with DPF regeneration cycle having too few transition cycles. I requested for the part to be replaced and for a forced DPF regeneration to be done. The car was kept overnight and I collected the car the next day. Aaron, the Manager explained the entire process to me and I had a good experience with them.
