        Went to purchase bikes for my 8 year olds. They showed me available options patiently and answered all our queries and provided guidance. The only thing was for even a small 10 pound accessory , they were not flexible to bargain. Overall good experience

        Super helpful staff, looked at my bike free of charge and sorted some small issues with my brakes. More importantly helped explain what had gone wrong/how I could fix in the future - great shop
