Fantastic service from the team. Had a new pipe moled into the extension in -5 temperature!!!! The guys cracked on and completed the work in good time. Back filled all trenches that were dug, pressure tested and on their way! Explained everything clearly! So glad I decided on using them over other quotes. Oh, and they were by far the best price for the job (when compared to 4 other quotes)!!!!

We were referred to Louis by a plumber who could not deal with the complexity of our mains leak. He responded quickly, provided and estimate, and sent his team out within a few working days. They fixed it and were really helpful explaining the job. Given the expertise and promptness of their work, the bill was fair (plumbers aint cheap!!). Would definitely trust and recommend this firm.

Louis was great from start to finish and I couldnt be happier with the work. From the time I posted my job, he responded quickly and was very pleasant on the phone as he explained the task and gave a decent quote for the work of replacing my lead pipes. He always replied to my quieres by phone or text promptly, even after I had paid him. He and his mate arrived on time despite the delays on the M25. The work was completed efficiently and effectively in only a few hours. He even fixed the flush button on my toilet! Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I highly recommend Picot Plumbing. Louis and his crew are very professional and thorough besides very competitively priced. I used them for a lead water main pipe replacement and a drainage survey. I will definitely use them again - wish they would do gas works too;)
