Did not fulfill service. Unfortunately closed website and social media. Not responding to emails. Have not received refund for order and unable via PayPal. Poor service

I have paid for 3 items, now the website, instagram and Facebook page have all been deleted and the emails will not deliver. She has basically taken my money and vanished.

I placed an order back in August so the keepsakes would arrive in time for Christmas but she has now disappeared and there's no sign of the keepsakes. I've disputed through PayPal so will hopefully get my money back but I've lost both of my kids baby clothes that have so much sentimental value.

I have purchased 3 keepsakes but the website and instagram pages have disappeared? I have also whatsapped and the messages do not go through. Does anyone have any idea what's going on and if we can get our money back?

I purchased a keepsake blanket and was about to send it today - Ive now seen the website is deactivated and the instagram page cant be found. Ive dropped a text message to the number I had received the shipping info from but no response? Not sure whats going on If Im not going to receive what I paid for I would like a full refund.
