We bought our family car from R & W this week, we love the car and just wanted to say how lovely Sabah & Waleed were. We were really impressed how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful Sabah was in doing all the paper work for us including changing our private plates and even sorting out the tax with DVLA online for us, thank you Sabah. I normally don't write reviews as when spending this amount of money I expect a good service and R&W were great. I've had the car for 5 months, done over 6000 miles and enjoyed everyone of them. However, I know things can fail and I've now had a problem with the DPF. I called R&W and they could not have been more helpful. The difference for me between a great business and a fantastic business is how they deal with problems and in my case they have been fantastic. They reassured me that the fault was covered by the warranty and put me straight on to the warranty company, who processed the claim quickly and paid 3 days after the work was completed. Exemplary service, thank you.

After an initial visit to see what was needed to bring the paintwork and interior back to life, we dropped off my wife's audi q5 and we are really pleased with the results. Sabah, Waleed and Mick are amazing and are really passionate and know a lot about cars.
