We used Luxuria Property to build and finish a 9m x 4m extension to the back of our home in Fleet, Hampshire, during March-July 2020. We are very happy with the results and are enjoying the extra space and improved lifestyle that this has brought us. The thing that made us choose Luxuria when we were deciding between the three companies that we had quote for the work, was the obvious passion for the project that David (the owner) showed and the energy and expertise that was clear in Gary the project manager. Project management was a clincher for us and we were not disappointed by the service we got. We were especially pleased with the project management service provided by Gary but also the ground-work and building provided by Paul and Steve. We felt that their attitude, work ethic and general personalities made working with them a pleasure. Gary had the added challenge of keeping things moving throughout lock down and did an exceptional job of sourcing materials and making things happen. We really felt his passion to give us the result that we wanted. Paul and Steve worked hard and overcame challenges with good humour and real expertise. Communication throughout the project was very good. We knew what was planned in for each week and each day of that week so we were not surprised by deliveries and we knew who would be onsite and when. As with any project like this, challenges did arise but we felt these were dealt with well. Overall we are very happy with the result and Luxuria will be back after 3 months to deal with any snagging that we have. Services: Remodeling, Refurbishment, Paint indoors
