        Terrible service. Went in at 10ish on Friday morning. Told to come back, as no one to serve me for at least 20 mins. Patiently returned after 25 mins to be told, "person was very busy out the back, so would be another half an hour, and really, it's better to come in the afternoon...." Why take on a franchise if you can't operate for the hours advertised?! Now I see all the other similar reviews. Should have checked first.

        The worst PO. I went here 3 times and two times the person from office wasnt there. Today I had to accept that shes going to be there in 20 min. I am talking about working hours. Awful

        Have tried for the last two days to post a parcel from here. Was told yesterday to come back later and today was told they're short of staff and the post office was closed. Absolute shambles.
