Shop looks like its closing down, tried to call this shop before I went but no answer, and when I got there they didnt have the products I needed. Pointless go somewhere else!!

I cannot express my disappointment with the incompetence of this Pharmacy. Never again!!

This pharmacy has shut and is no longer owned by Lloyds. Initially a written notice said business as usual but now it just says closed. You cannot collect prescriptions sent here by your doctor online either, they are stuck in the system. Terribly handled by Lloyds the company. Update - Jay's as in the very good pharmacy in Egham are taking over the shop and now have staff in the store

The worse pharmacy ! Wait 56 minutes to pay ,the staff are extremely rude and arrogant, shout at costumers when complain of the waiting. Worse its queuing and no items on the prescriptions available! Yesterday 10/02/2023 at 13:30 the woman at the pharmacy shouted she havent stopped working and had no time to drink water ! Well all week as a signage displaying in the windows open from 9-14:30 . This inst true.The pharmacy as closed all week ! So was expected when open it would be extra work! Stop shouting at costumers whos is paying your wages ! People like you should work in the morgue no in a pharmacy! Close this place down !
