        I got 96kg from Immediate Ice for a wedding and called them at fairly short notice. Took two minutes on the phone to have it arranged, delivery was made within an hours time slot. The ice was crystal clear. Would use again!

        We used Immediate Ice when planning a 21st party recently for a client of ours - very happy with the Vodka Luge. The process throughout was straight forward with great installation and help on the evening. Look forward to working with again.

        Extremely poor communication and poor customer service from Dianna. Been trying to place an order for over a month and have had to chase for a invoice numerous times. Makes planning a big event more stressful than it should be. Caused us a lot of undue hassle. Avoid. I will not be recommending to anyone.
