Sloppy and extremely extremely delayed service - go to Four Regions in Richmond upon Thames instead

I've been coming here for 25 years and I've always really enjoyed the food and service. However, recently the service has become very poor. We waited over 1 hour to have our starters and then another hour 20 minutes for our mains. There were only 2-3 servers and they were running around in chaos. It seemed they were focusing more on their take away orders and disregarding restaurant customers. They really need to hire more staff if they offer take away and restaurant service. They also need to spend some money to refresh the restaurant. In 25 years the red carpet has not changed. It's very filthy and worn out. You'd expect for the prices they charge they'd make an effort. The food was also medicare and cold when served. Very poor and disappointing.

Cant agree with the negative comments on here, we had an enjoyable meal with friendly and prompt service. Several other tables were occupied and plenty of takeaway orders were being collected, I think that says it all! Parking: Plenty of parking outside

We always visit during our annual trip to the BMW PGA at Wentworth and it never disappoints. The restaurant is incredibly welcoming, the service excellent, and most important, the food is superb. Parking: Found a spot immediately outside restaurant.
