Very bad managment water leaking to our shop last 9 weeks they havent done anything.keep posponding to repair.never recomend to anybody. The funny thing is the owners and managers they are giving private lessons to others to teach how you do managment. And they have under new name HABITARE

If I could leave zero stars I would. This property management company have lied to me for months promising me information about cladding on our building and blaming the lack of a fire risk assessment on the freeholders. When I asked them how much it would cost to test cladding they told me to erect scaffolding and test it myself! They dont care about the residents of buildings all they care about is winning awards. They are an utter disgrace especially Marie Wakeling who made up conversations to down play the risk from cladding!!

Absolutely shocking customer service , pointless emailing or leaving voicemails. Nobody calls you back or replies. Beware of buying properties belonging to them!!!!

Zero stars. I live in a building 'managed' by this terrible company. They take a lot of money from the residents for a non-existent service. Problems with the main gate have been going on all year - meaning we have had no proper security for MONTHS! You try to call their office and it just goes to answer phone... say it all really. They won't deal with you in a straight forward manner, they make things up and dodge. DO NOT USE RYNEW.
