I have been using the boots for about a year and I do feel that they are having a great effect on my knees and back and my posture

I have been with the APSO Health programme for just over a year now. Maureen Wicks is my consultant. I have found the whole process to be very rewarding and my knees are in a much better place than previous. If you listen to your consultant and wear the shoes on a daily basis i can assure you that the benefits are there for all to see, especially yourself. I wear my shoes daily for several hours, the difference with not wearing them is plain to see for the user. You have to believe and get on board for this practice to work and benefit your well being, if you don't then you are wasting your time and that of your consultant. I highly recommend this practice, it has saved me from surgery (at this time) and hopefully the surgery will not be required in the future. If you wear the shoes religiously you will see and find the benefits of doing so. Don't give up, its a very worthy programme.

I am 76 years old with advanced stage 4 OA in my knee and started on the Apos programme just 3 months ago. The improvement I have experienced in such a short time is hugely encouraging not only with reduced knee discomfort but also a considerable reduction in sciatic nerve pain which is a real bonus. I wasn't expecting such early benefits from the Apos programme! My thanks to Maureen for her excellant advice and encouragement.

Since using APOS boots ive been amazed at the progress and improvements in my quality of life. Pain reduced and mobility increased without the use of drugs.

Quite simply, Maureen and her knowledge with the APOS system - assessing and adjusting, has given me back my active lifestyle and staved off what I thought was going to be, in time, a surgical route with my knee. And I am MASSIVELY grateful. I have gone from not being able to walk without pain or a few hundred yards, to being able to complete a good 3 hour walk, with support, and much reduced pain. I am able to continue with my gardening and walking the dogs and whilst arthritis won't actually go away, my function and mental state has improved dramatically. Cant thank her enough.
