Ordered 2 items on sale, they failed to deliver after waiting 2 weeks, then when I called them the said I should reorder and pay full price, what a joke of a company

I must admit ,the negative reviews are surprising to me...every time I order ,there well packaged and on time..there customer service is 1st class ,I rang last week and a lovely girl answered and sorted my question superbly..and I've ordered numerous fragrances from notino .. without any hassle..

The delivery and return service is poor. I requested a return label 5 days ago and still haven't received it. The products come in a small box and can barely fit into it, causing the box to tear.

Legitimately surprised at all the bad reviews. In this day and age you never know what reviews are real or what are fake. Ordered for the first time last week (United Kingdom) and got my order today with no issues. Ordered 2 bottles of Al Haramain one that was on sale for a 5er! Great value.
