Also they require a 500 deposit which they say will be refunded in 10-14 days. I stayed 11 Dec 2022. It is now 20 Jan 2023 - still no refund. I had to chase. Appalling. That feels like a dodgy business practice.
Whilst the apartments are nice enough, their service is poor and unreliable at best. I will never stay there again

1. They require you to submit a full photo of your ID in advance, and only then will they give you the code to the room. They don't tell you they need this, so there's a risk of turning up on the day and having no access
2. They will not accept bookings from under 25s for some reason
3. They require a 500 deposit, no matter the price of the room.
If any of these 3 feature turn you off, then don't book with these guys
