I am updating my previous review of this Pret branch to reflect their recent improvements. While they still face some challenges due to being a busy location with limited staffing, I have noticed a significant improvement in their overall operations. The staff are now more friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the store has improved. Overall, I am pleased with the positive changes that have been made and would now rate this branch a four-star establishment.
