Shocking company to do business with. After a lot of decision making we decided to purchase a lease on an old run down pub that had been shut for 2 years. I asked some questions in an email about the buildings structure, and suggested we would like a survey done before any firm deal was confirmed, for the agent to email me back telling me in his words "no my client will not allow you to have a survey and no amount of huffing and puffing will change that" well alarm bells rang loud and we skipped away from the deal smiling that his attitude probaly just saved us from a world of financial pain. 100% con merchants that will lie through there teeth just to clench the deal. If you have to deal with an Andrew Lee I would do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere, pigheaded, conman that will kick his toys out of his pram to screw you over just to clench a deal. If a pub is a hovel then any sane person signing a lease would want a walk away clause subject to survey. Not this guy he just gets rude and aggressive. See ya!!!
