Winterborne Property Management

The worst ever ! Honestly I never put a bad comment on google but I needed to. I am wondering what Winterbone employees do everyday. Are they working ? 4 months without hot water, cctv that dont work inside the building, poor management of the bin, dirty commune hallways, The word management is inappropriate it should be called Winterbone Property Unsanitary !

If I could rate less that one star, I wouldve done it. Worse property management, they dont even care about the safety, security and the well being of people living in their property. We stayed 4 months with no hot water, because apparently the central boiler was broken and one piece was missing and it was a old one not on the market anymore No apologies from them, no reduced payments.. Second thing, we have a big issue with the trash room and rubbish. We told them 100 times to find a solution to have at least 2/3 pick up a week because this is a big building, but nothing is done. They completely dont care !!! TO FLEE !!!!!!

Things never get solve and when you ask for an update they are either no longer able to do anything or don't reply. You pay high fees and since they took over the building management, people just started to leave as it is ridiculous what you pay and then nothing gets done.

I am not one to leave a bad review and generally keep off. However i feel that i had to bring this to the attention of people. They have been managing our development now for a few years and it has really gone down hill since the time they took over. The freeholder seems to have a personal relationship with the director in awarding them the contract. The management fees charged are ridiculously high, there is no transparency when it comes to how funds are being spent and to add on, any issues raised are never answered or satisfactorily dealt with. I would keep away from them at any cost!
