I went down to the phone box in the photo and it's by the bp garage near dolphin Square. Nowhere near the place where erasmus st. Luckily the petrol station had some pukka pies and all was good

Management organisation perhaps in serious need of training skills to speak with people. L...a especially requires some training. I have not really had any instance in the past where I felt they are actually working WITH the residents. More a case that seems against their interests, Petty and likely to overreact over mundane and unnecessary issues. The quicker Westminster takes over with the management, the better.

The reason my rating for MEMO TMO has improved is because the organisation has now started to support some local residents projects, moving away from becoming a plain vanilla estate management and only monetary value appreciating company, which is not what the TMO was set up for by Council tenants. Im a big TMO supporter because if properly run in its true spirit it works for all residents and not just for the property invested who, in MEMOs case, love the already low service charges but seem to have an urge to cut majorworks and service budgets further. It's a policy which works very often against residents who are not property investment ROI focussed and see Millbank Estate as more than a profit maximised investment. Much of Millbanks pretty and neighbourly appearance, on which it is been sold, stems from voluntary activities by local residents and nothing to do with MEMO or estate agents all falling over themselves to do business on the estate. They praise Millbank for its qualities but are not contributing to it at all or just doing the bare minimum one can get away with. But things have started to change. So I will add a star and hope things will improve further. Lets see.
