        Only go there if you want a laugh I had a contact lens fitting a month and half ago - during which the girl at the front desk kept saying I have no idea whats going on - she wasnt lying. I still havent heard back on my new lenses, despite calling several times. Also that was the first time I had to look through dirty lenses in a check-up.

        Utter shambles. Chaotic, disorganised and lost records are the watchwords. Such a shame as they are damaging Boots otherwise good reputation. Do yourself a favour and go to Specsavers.

        Appalling service at this branch. I've so far made three attempts at arranging a sight test and contact lens check. The first time i was kept waiting for half an hour and still not seen so had to leave, the second attempt they cancelled an hour before my appointment was due and the third attempt (today) I waited 40 minutes before having to return to work.

        Second time Ive turned up and the store has closed before their advertised closing time of 6. Not even a few minutes but 30 mins. If the store is not able to stay open until 6 they should amend their hours so customers can plan accordingly.
