My child has been going there for about three months now and he has a wonderful time at his nursery, he engages in stimulating activities and eats a variety of nutritious meals, during Christmas time they had many cheerful things for the kids to do and all in all so far Ive had positive engagements with the staff members.

I would like to use this opportunity to say thankyou to all the staff at leyf especially staff at Barking Riverside nursery. My son has recently passed out from Leyf and now moved on up to big school. Over the past 4 years he was been given what I would consider great nursery care and contributed a lot to his toddler development. For anyone looking for childcare I would highly recommend a Leyf nursery. To Siobhan and her staff at Barking Riverside my profound thanks for everything.

Anyone who has a child, think twice before you send them here. My daughter's mother worked in marks gate nursery and has abused her own daughters, I have finally got police reports to proof it but leyf done nothing. Even leyf knew my daughter didn't look well and my daughter reported to the school her mother abusing her, this was actioned my letting the mother know and my daughter been beaten and locked in her room all because my daughter's mother was leaving the job so all kept it quite. I have emailed management numerous times but all have fallen on deaf ears. I have asked if checks were made and I was not it was not necessary. Taking note my daughter's mother has mental health issues.

As we are moving out of the area so finally got the chance to get this off my chest. The senior management has proved what "fish rotten from the head" means. Serious incidents happened in one of the nurseries and parents made complain to the nursery manager and he denied everything. I made a complain to the Group CEO who's suppose to be a MBE and guess what? She just doesn't care at all and said the regional manager will reply. And of course the regional manager never even replied. So I took both boys out immediately and some parents did the same thing. Recently (2 years since) bumped into a local mum and told me things went even worse from when I left. All good stuff have left and they had 2 local managers who were even more useless. It is such a shame as when my older one started there it was good, but fell off a cliff very quickly. This is all done to the senior management.
