A first class local agent. Richard Phillips and the team really know the Westminster and Pimlico market. Andrew Reeves has been managing the tenancy of a friend's flat in Millbank House for some years now. Today (19/04) I was cleaning the flat for my friend and accidentally locked myself out. The agency swung into action and associate Carl immediately walked down from the agency office to let us in (having requested appropriate ID). He was courteous, efficient and polite. An excellent ambassador for Andrew Reeves.
