What sort of organisation publishes an email address that does not work. Does not inspire confidence.

Looked up this organisation after receiving a letter through post, purporting to be BTSA. British Trade Solar Association. Offering free health check and service. The name and email address on letter is similar enough to the real organization to con people The real SOLAR TRADE ASSOCIATION CONFIRMED that THE BRSA letter is a SCAM.

One of the best organisations I've ever worked for. They are the most effective trade body for solar power and storage. I would highly recommend them.

Other review says e mail does not work, maybe its because they dont bother or have the manners to reply to e mails, not very good for a trade association is it? How can you trust installers if the trade association is so poor?
