The staff was very nice and helpful. I bought a 30 GB Sim for just 10 and it worked great and was very sufficient for my 5 days trip to London

I always experience a brilliant service whenever I go to Vodafone in Victoria St. Earlier today Nico the assistant manager went the extra mile to accommodate and execute my request for both a home WiFi and mobile contract. Always a pleasure to observe professionals go about their profession effectively with true passion for what they do.

Nice people but not knowledgeable at all. They got me a deal with a lot of problems in it. The couldn't help fix it. I do not recommend Vodafone at all

Visited the store this month to get a data SIM to use while Vodafone fixed my home broadband (slowly). Marek and Nico were so helpful and knowledgeable about the process, they knew more than the second line support. After a frustrating hour on the phone with Vodafone support, they quickly offered me an alternative option which was easier and quicker. Can't thank them enough. They went above and beyond to fix a process not even related to their department.
