London Skybar at Altitude

Spent 1500 for a vip duo table and this is what they provide..cheap seats, the floor and calling looks like an office, street food (yes not even a decent full meal) , A4 paper casually sticking on the wall. A total ripoff and waste of time.

The views are stunning, the drinks are average, the price is what you'd expect for a bar like this. It was a real mixed bag of people and energies, which somehow made it very sad, but that could just have been an off night.

I would give a 0 rating if i could .. Purchased New Years Eve party tickets for 1800,they have cancel an event due to staff shortage. Still havent received my refund ,keep getting emails with fake promises that refund is getting issued . The last few weeks no reply at all . Absolutely dissatisfied,they took the money for service they never provided . Stay away from this place ,its a total scam !!!!!!

I purchased 4 tickets for NYE 2019 for my family, expecting it to be memorable which it was but for all the wrong reasons! On entering the building after shambolic security restrictions, the Showgirls never made an appearance and our coats were left unattended in the foyer. The function room was bare and stripped of all furniture, the champagne was questionable and the canaps non existent. The street food was cold, tasteless and unappetising. Staff were few and far between and the bar understaffed and ridiculously overpriced even for London. The area for viewing the fireworks (supposedly the best view in London) was in fact 3 windows running with condensation and a disco parked in front, which played the most appalling music all night. The atmosphere was non existent and other very disgruntled guests decided to leave early and party on the street outside. On complaining in January, I was offered a complimentary bottle of champagne and the opportunity to attend the Valentines night, I declined stating that a refund partial or otherwise would be better appreciated. I have continued to write to this venue with my complaint but no further correspondence has been forthcoming. I implore you - DO NOT TOUCH THIS VENUE for events unless you are prepared to be massively disappointed and substantially out of pocket! I would prefer to leave a 0 star review but there isn't the option!
