        I have had a body laser subscription of 2 years to do bikini legs and armpits at Therapy Clinic and I tried 2 different branches in London (Fulham and Victoria) as I moved flats within the process but the experience was just unprofessional everywhere! First of all they are always 15/20min late.Then I always get allocated random non-trained beauticians even if I booked a specific one. The treatment just doesnt work properly even if I have light skin and dark hair (so the perfect laser client) and I suspect them to reduce intensity of the laser machine when you need to rebook a new laser package. They always try to push you to buy more treatments and products, its all about sales sales sales. The beauticians miss a looot of spots on my body leaving me now with random lines of hair on my legs and bikini area which looks horrendous! They also took away one session of my laser package for no reason even if I had one last session and I have the proof of it! And to top it off, the customer service of Therapy Clinic is horrible and non existent, it is just impossible to be in contact with anyone to discuss an issue weather it is via phone or email or behind the counter! And dont trust all positive comments you see on internet as a lot of times the beauticians push you to write a nice review right after your first laser appointment so you cant really evaluate the results yet. They push at the appointment and also after it with a lot of personalized text messages. I do NOT recommend this chain for laser! Services: Leg hair removal, Bikini hair removal, Arm hair removal, Laser hair removal, Underarm hair removal
