1.Receptionist has a bad attitude and makes decisions without knowing the whole thing.
2.Not updating information in a timely manner, ignorant of the content of NHS notifications, extremely unprofessional.
But thank god, the NHS information registrars are very friendly.
IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS, DON'T COME.
