Dealing with utterly UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and DIS-HONEST staff Aqua Dry Cleaners stained 2 of my garments, with yellow patches appearing on both of them. After asking them to clean them a 2nd time, the stains remained. I flagged it to them, asking for a solution. The staff blamed it on me stating that the fabric of the garments 'reacted' to the chemicals they used and that they could not remove the stains. When replying that having new stains on my garments was not acceptable, the person smiled and laughed at me as if the matter was not serious. The person even recorded part of the conversation on his phone, as he found the discussion amusing! I was threatened to accept the stains and take the garments back as they are, otherwise Aqua Dry Cleaners could 'lose my garments' I was told! Those garments are ruined and cannot be worn anymore with those yellow patches. When replying I cannot accept this, the staff told me he had better things to do than talk to me and i was just coming to 'chat' and that I was 'funny' ... Appaling behavior, unprofessional and above all dishonest. AVOID!!
