I would give 0 stars if I could. In March 2022, I purchased a TV from John Lewis and scheduled a delivery. The delivery was made to another address as became very evident later. The so called photo proof they had was of a communal dooron the wrong side of the building. The signature, not mine. I made 47 calls, several email correspondence to obtain and relay this information and get back what is owed to me. Their response? 449 is not even too high of an amount for us to deal with this, yet theyre hesitant to issue me money back. Their delivery system is entirely incompetent, paired with their awful customer service. We are now in December 2022 and have raised this with their customer support once again. The issue remains as John Lewis owing me money.

We hired a tradesman who was in partnership with John Lewis thinking that they would do a quality job being associated with a big name like John Lewis. Do NOT believe the story that John Lewis vets the partners. The fence is totally not fit for purpose and has to be pulled down and redone and John Lewis would not honour the statement that they guarantee work for a year, simply because we had gone directly to the tradesman and not thru their site. Extremely disappointed and will not be a customer of John Lewis again. Poor quality all around.
