        Excellent. We went for afternoon tea around noon. The shop only had one employee and this poor guy was running himself ragged, but he got people seated and their orders and checked up frequently and overall he was just great. The food and the tea was also delicious and there was plenty of it at a reasonable price point, but honestly what was most impressive was that one employee running everything and running it well.

        A great restaurant with lovely staff and afternoon tea at a very reasonable price. There were lots of options for vegan and gluten free and they all tasted great.

        Good quality products, helpful and attentive service with obvious training in quality customer service. Cute decor around the concept of tea being British ( never mind China and India). Really good scones!

        What a joke. Arrived and even though website said was open was closed for no reason. Absolutely awful management by the company and store. Staff said "they open it when they feel like it!"
