        I don't agree with all the negative reviews of this branch. I visited to do a chaps transfer, I was greeted as soon as I walked though the door and was asked to take a seat. I didnt wait for more than two mins until I was assisted. Staff was very friendly and service minded. The place is clean and well maintained.

        The rudest staff ever, with no manner, I approach her to ask her question without listening my needs shes stopping saying its not possible the ATM machine to have error however shes been lazy , then the other came while I was on head office to make a complain then they went to check the machine. Branch manager train your staff as you get pay

        Has to be the worst branch Ive ever been in. No one even looks at you when you come in. The default response is to tell you to download the app and do it online. Yes, I know its online, Im here because of how awful the app and internet UI is. Only actually directed to talk to someone when Ive shown my exasperation at being fobbed. I now travel to another branch instead of my local one because of repeated lack of service.

        Every time I go, its a different excuse as to why they cant do anything. The lady who helped me was exactly like carol beer and couldnt wait to get rid of me. Middle aged English lady, she looked like she was at a funeral the whole time.
