        I paid a monthly fee for book keeping and looking after my account. But closing the company took me weeks of following up. Now 6 month after closing my company Im receiving letters from HMRC that I am owing them money. Taxassist said it was nothing but the letters kept coming. Now I was not paying anymore it was not something they were keen to solve. Martin said explicitly in an email he was too busy to reply and that I should call. When I called he was busy of course. Very unpleasant experience.

        I have been using TaxAssist for more than 10 years. I have found them to be very knowledgeable, helpful, diligent and kind. They take time to answer any queries I have. I have also found them to be patient, they know you are running a business and usually the last thing on your mind is filing taxes. I do also like the fact that they take on trainees to give accountants just starting out an opportunity to gain real-life experience. I would recommend them, they take their work and responsibility very seriously.
