        Absolute disgraceful company. I am an extremely disgruntled client. Absolute rip off while I was trading and then, I asked them to close down my company- paid them the fee, another 2.5 years they still havent done it! Theyve failed to submit relevant documentation and now my ltd company is racking up HMRC fines! My pet pidgeon would do my accounts better. Avoid avoid avoid

        I would suggest to stay away. Last communication I had was in September 2022 when they were working on closing my limited company down. Should be all finalised in 6 weeks. Chased up in October, November and today. No response whatsoever, not even an out of office reply. Turns out the Closures team doesnt exist anymore, my accountant doesnt work there anymore with no notification or communication to the customer. Terrible.

        Extremely dodgy - Do not use First Freelance. I keep asking them to do my accounts for months - I had to cancel direct debit so they stop charging me without my permission !! Avoid !!
