I visited the store recently to have some links taken out of my brand new designer watch strap. I had never worn this watch before and was a little worried it might get damaged. The lady who served me was very polite and professional. She spoke as if we had been friends for years, putting my worries about my new watch to rest. She is a credit to the company. I highly recommended using this shop.
