    I approached Manch during a difficult time where I didn't know how to manage my anxiety. I found Manchs website and was instinctively drawn to his ethos because I am a firm believer in mindfulness. I contacted him and from the first call I felt at ease because of his understanding and knowledge. CBT takes self application and time and the extra work Manch gets you to do outside of sessions helps to embed the tools. Without Manch and this work I wouldn't have started the journey I am currently on to creating a better life for myself. Manch is also just a lovely guy and adds lightness to the sessions which I believe is needed for balance when you're handling uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.

    I approached Manch because I had too many things on my mind and couldn't figure out the root of my problem. I wanted to try CBT and Manch agreed it would be helpful for me. He listened to me and helped me build a program that was tailored to my needs. I grew so much during my time with him, and I've kept growing since because of the helpful worksheets, notes, and tips Manch gave me. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a professional therapist to help you cut through the confusion and find the root of a problem.
