The young lady who works there, fairly new compared to the other staff, is an awful human being. She was extremely rude when I went there last as I had to tell her she was not processing an important international letter correctly, The other lady who had worked there for a long time had to intervene and tell her how to do it. She didn't like being corrected at all. Anyway somehow that mail never arrived, I know she had something to do with it. If only she knew the letter was being sent to a relative that had been missing for over 10 years. People like that young woman should NOT be working for the post office. We need people who are TRUST WORTHY. From now on I'll send my parcels through online collection. Why support a post office where staff cannot be trusted. Its q shame as I've used that post office for almost 20 years.
