This pharmacy never opens on time you will be waiting more than 15min outside even though they are meant to be open at 9AM. They make people wait outside in the freezing cold and their staff arrives late mostly too!

I have been using this pharmacy for the past 3 years, some staff are friendly while others find it hard to even just crack a smile. Anyway. For the past couple of weeks, a new person has come on the till and has told me on 2 occasions my childs prescription has not been sent over by the Dr and was absolutely adamant. Only after requesting to double check, she found it. She didnt even bother apologising. It doesnt cost anything or do any harm in accepting your mistake and apologising for it.

Poor time keeping often close early for lunch and late back . Not a professional approach to business or customer care.
