Wimbledon Pharmacy - Part of Pearl Chemist Group

I have used this pharmacy for a long time and am a regular customer. I always find the staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Yesterday, at the end of the afternoon, before going to the pharmacy, I looked at the reviews and was startled by the number of complaints to the employees. Wimbledon Farmacia is beautiful, organized and well lit, I was very well attended by a helpful and attentive employee (I don't remember the names) explained how to use the medicine and on the way out he said goodbye in Portuguese lol, another employee was very polite (from Egypt) asked if I needed help, I noticed another dark haired female employee was serving a customer well and then a beautiful lady with blonde hair explained the recipe to me and took out a copy for me. I really only have praise for the team and recommend it to everyone. Congratulations to the team.

Horrible and unpleasant blond staff member who kept pestering me when I was looking at wash bags trying to decide upon one but couldnt and was told its not hygienic to touch their displayed items!! What an absurd! Perhaps I should take off my shoes prior to entering too ?!

The last thing anyone wants while being critically ill is being treated with disrespect and insults! Izabela was extremely rude when handling my and other customers requests, and looked down upon all the patients! Her actions need to be investigated by the Pharmacy owner! I am extremely disappointed that such actions are taking place in my local area and hope that they are rectified ASAP!
