Martins help in getting the mortgage offer has been instrumental. His knowledge and contacts have helped to navigate some of the challenges we have faced during the process which were not anticipated. The process began with a thorough consultation from Martin, explaining the house buying process and all of its steps. Once we have found a house and made an offer, Martin had us upload all the necessary documents/paperwork onto their easy-to-use secure platform. Where we had faced unforeseen circumstances were in aspects of immigration and structural integrity during the application process. Martins expertise and personal advice have been key in helping us navigate through the process to make the right decisions, helping us avoid a lot of stress. His outreach with various contacts with the lenders has helped us in securing the mortgage on favourable terms despite these issues. Throughout the process Martin has been very responsive; whether thats through email or phone calls and provided a necessary buffer when dealing with estate agents on our behalf.
