I travelled over an hour and a half on Saturday from East London to Wimbledon to view a property, and our estate agent (Harry Payne) was a no show. We waited outside for half hour, and we also buzzed the flat number 3 times. Nothing. Not even a courtesy text or call (as Harry has our contact details) to say he couldn't make it. We wouldn't have minded too much if the flat was unavailable, or he was running late, if he actually let us know what was going on, but instead he just didn't get in touch and it was a complete waste of our time. Cheers Harry. Pretty rough experience, and we won't be in contact for similar properties in the area.
