        Avoid using the website like the plague! No procedure at all for doing deliverys, no one ever annswers the phone or calls you back. Right backstreet and dodgy business. No wonder amazon no longer use them. Once they have your money you here nothing else from them. Ikpland.co.uk shoud be closed down. Customer service no existent also, person with poor english answered the phone once with no clue at all.
