I absolutely love Michael Platt jewellery. I have used them couple of times now and every time they have done a fantastic job! Ceyda, the lovely jewellery designer helped me to find the perfect diamond and design my bespoke engagement ring - cant be happier! Ceyda is an absolute star! Having spent some time speaking to jewellers in the search for an engagement ring I realised I needed to make a bespoke piece and stumbled across Michael Platt in Wimbledon. I was greeted by Ceyda who, despite not having an appointment, had the time to hear out my vision with honest and friendly advice. I felt at ease following our conversation and that I would look no further, with so many jewellers coming across as pushy, Ceyda and the team were there to help with my vision and build that with expertise and professionalism. From this point the process was seamless, with diamonds ordered in for viewing, initial drawings and designs, through to technical drawings and the finished piece. I was completely blown away by the finished piece as was my girlfriend now fianc! A truly faultless, timeless ring, and to the goldsmiths who worked in store, I cannot thank you enough for seeing out the vision with such perfection and attention to detail. I cannot fault the approach and process which was extremely personable and with such an important task, at no point did I feel that I could not talk to any one of the team. You won't find another jewellers like Michael Platt and thank you again to Ceyda for guiding me through the process, almost as a friend, every step of the way in what has been a truly memorable experience.
