Bunch of rude, obnoxious, arrogant manager and staff. Nothing about them represents charity. They talk like they're the best thing happened to the society since the invention of the penicillin. Only manager knows how to refund and exchange and if she's not around, you dont have a right to give it back and will need to keep going back. Ppl with these traits should not have anything to do with charities. Mary Portas should train her staff properly if this is a non-profit charity.

20 each for 2 heavy leather motorcycle jackets if you need one, bargain! Boss T-shirts each 15, a bit steep. Overall, some reasonable prices for mostly quality items.

Snooty, uncharitable behaviour from staff at the Wimbledon branch. I was 4 days overdue returning an item that I hadnt been able to try on due to Covid. I also wasnt able to return it earlier due to self isolating. When other retailers are offering up to 3 months return period at this time, their lack of understanding was ridiculous. I wont be donating clothes here again

Rude, aggressive behaviour from staff, especially Mia from Wimbledon branch. Its not acceptable for such a rude person to work for a charity shop that supports children. I bought a moncler coat for 190 and inputting the specific code to check its authenticity learnt that its a fake. When I asked them if its ok that I post the item first class and they refund me my money on the phone as I need to go to Germany for a month for business they say I got to be in store and need to return it in 10 days ASAP. I check save the children website and their policy is 30days. This store has its own rules ? They put the phone down on me saying theyre too busy and that the item cannot be a fake while I have proof from moncler.com. Pathetic, ugly behaviour. Ive been supporting charity shops for more than 10 years now, this really got me thinking. Them pushing the prices up and treating people like this, this Must be unacceptable.
