I went to this shop today with my husband and he liked a travel coffee cup. The price was 6,99 they had more than 20 on the shelf for this price). When we went to the till it scanned for 13,99. The lady said that they probably forgot to change the price on the shelf because the sale was finished and she refused to sell the item for 6,99. I worked in retail and we always honoured the shelf price to dont upset the costumer and make them come back. It is not worth it to lose a costumer for few pounds.Definitely wont come back to a shop that wanted to charge me for their mistake!
