I engaged BWG as my letting agent. I was delighted with the caliber of tenants they selected. Following my brief and their own knowledge of the markets I am still renting to the same tenants three years on. I am pleased with the way they manage the flat and the financial side is seamless. All that as well as being extremely professional and lovely people to deal with. Without hesitation I highly recommend this company.

The carpet in our living room had been damaged by the previous tenants so we asked Burnet Ware if they could replace them for us. They got back to us straight away and sent out the carpet layers to measure up, and within a week the new carpet was laid! Angie let us pick from a range of colours, and the carpet team were quick and did a fantastic job. Excellent service all round from Burnet Ware!

Have just recently started a rental tenancy with Burnet Ware and am very pleased with the service provided pre signing, quick turnaround with offer communications, and throughout the moving process. Rosi has been extremely helpful with all questions I have and has made the process smooth and thorough.
