PAD London

We were a customer of PAD last year, who helped us on kitchen design, choice of materials and installation. I am extremley satisfied with my new kitchen. It delivers all I wanted. There were a few things which on hindsight would have been good to know (eg if you instal the full Quooker tap there is no room left under the sink for any of the usual gubbins you put there!) but we have overcome them. We had a couple of issues along the way (eg lighting in a cupboard, integrated fridge door hinge failed) but these were all sorted out promptly and to our satisfaction. The team at PAD and their contractors were all very nice to deal with. It was a bit fraught at times with the builder (which had nothing to do with PAD) but we are really pleased with the end result and believe it is of real benefit to our home. Victoria helped us adding some glass cabinets and a built in microwave into our existing kitchen. The result is fantastic, specially taking into account that we decided to go for a contrast colour. She took care of everything, suggested few options and finally oversaw the installation. We cant be happier with the final result. Thank you.

I would highly recommend PAD to anyone in search of a new kitchen. From the beginning, this company really listened to our ideas and requirements, and helped us make a reality of them. The materials and workmanship are top quality, and the kitchen is wonderfully usable - making the most of the space, light and outlook. The attention to detail was also pleasing, with PAD returning promptly for some minor snagging - not always my experience with other companies.

We chose PAD to design, build and install our new kitchen, and they were great to work with start to finish. Though I was initially worried we didn't have a huge budget, and they might be too 'high end' for us, they really understood that, and never made sticking to a tight budget feel like a compromise, or like we were low priority clients because of it. The eventual cost was not much more than we'd been quoted by big-name kitchen companies, and the quality we got for the money is incredible. I'm very happy to recommend PAD London. I had a small contemporary kitchen designed and installed in my flat and really pleased. They brought examples of Cabinet colours and worktop onsite and was easy to choose. They also managed the ordering and delivery of the appliances. Pricing was very competitive and eighteen months later, everything works well and still very happy. Quality is excellent.
