        Kudos to Holloways of Ludlow! We visited both the Wimbledon & Hammersmith showrooms and were delighted by the friendly, helpful service we received from Connor, Carmelo, & Ryan! They were very knowledgeable and really took the time to understand what we were looking for before making great recommendations. They have the product range and prices of a bigger company, with the personal touch of a small one. 5 stars!

        Very beautiful little shop with lots of designer lights on display. Staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us lots of advice on how to pick lights for our living room.

        Generally good design, a couple of small errors, wonderful installation team, great eye for detail. Pretty expensive kitchen so these things are par for the course. Not so great post installation care.

        Very poor customer service. HoL was meant to deliver a lamp with a lampshade but only delivered part of the order. They have not taken responsibility for this and now we have a partial order. When I tried to escalate this, the MD is on annual leave. There is no proof of delivery of two boxes but two boxes left the warehouse- who knows where the other box was delivered. Very upsetting to say the least.
