Our house sale was a far from straightforward exercise - twice our buyer had to pull out and it was only on the third attempt that the sale finally went through. Our agent, Stephen Ashby, was cool, calm and collected throughout the whole process, keeping us informed and dealing very patiently with our occasional moments of hysteria. He deserves a medal for managing the long, drawn out process through to a successful conclusion!

Stephen, Robert, and the sales team were very patient and courteous during a rather long and tedious house purchase process. The team was always at hand, was very accommodating with viewings and arranging access to the property, and promptly coordinated communications between both parties and solicitors. In what otherwise tends to be a very opaque process, the Hawes and Co. team ensured we weren't left in the dark.
