We were extremely pleased with Josh's service throughout the process. After several bad experiences with other agents, we found Josh to be very straightforward to deal with - he was always clear and honest and we never felt like we were being messed around or pushed into anything. I have let my rental flat through Pedder for over 10 years. I have always been very pleased with their service. The last two lettings have been handled by Esme and she has exceeded even the normally high standards of Pedder. Nothing is too much trouble for her. The attention and manner in which she has found suitable tenants and looked after every aspect of the various processes, from introducing them as suitable tenants, to organising all the agreements and other paperwork, has been truly exemplary. She is always a complete pleasure to speak to, friendly and very well informed, who clearly cares deeply about finding the right tenants for my flat, as well as ensuring that the property is also the right home for the tenants.
