We sold our house in East Dulwich through Knight Frank. Mark and his team were professional, contactable and helpful throughout the process. While I would like to thank all his team for their hard work, a special thank you must go to Laura and Chica who we had most of our dealings with. Both worked very hard and put all of their efforts in to making the sale of the house run smoothly. They were very contactable, giving good advice along the way, and were very good at liaising with all the necessary parties promptly and efficiently. Thank you both for your hard work. I would recommend Knight Frank with Mark and his team to others selling in the area.

Asked for an appraisal to put a property on the market. Was visited very quickly but no appraisal followed. After a lot of chasing (and some clearly untrue excuses) it turned out the appraiser had left the company and no appraisal was ever produced. They should have been honest about the problems in the first place but instead delayed me putting my place on the market. Dishonest chancers - avoid.

I wholeheartedly recommend Knight Frank Estate Agents to anyone wishing to put their home on the market. Their property brochure was excellent and the marketing of my house was thorough. Catherine Stage, Laura Peet and Chica Lambert were amazing, all three were highly professional, kind and supportive throughout the sales process. Both Chica and Laura deserve a special thanks for their assistance, emotional intelligence and for going that extra mile over the last few months.. I also recommend Pam White for her invaluable help with all the extra elements involved in my relocation. Best wishes to everyone at the office.

I couldnt recommend Knight Frank in Dulwich more highly. From the very first valuation with Mark, I felt confident that Knight Frank knew exactly what they were doing and this is not something that I would say about the other high street chains that I have used over the years. Their valuation was spot on and the marketing, viewings and advice leading up to my offer was excellent. However, the stand out individual in the office was Laura Peet. I ended up being in an incredibly lengthy and complex chain which would have fallen apart if it wasnt for the huge efforts that Laura made to keep communication between the other agents and solicitors open and eventually fruitful. This was also noted by my solicitor. On top of this, her incredible kindness and hand holding for myself and my buyers kept me sane and made the whole process manageable. She was genuinely invested in a positive outcome for everyone and I cannot thank her enough! I wish other estate agents had a role that focused on sales progression as I presume more chains would end up in success.
