I thought Cowboy agents were gone but seemingly not... They cost us thousands... we signed a contract, paid many months rent in advanced plus a deposit, this greedy firm sold the flat we were letting for the commission and are now refusing to communicate to us, telling us to go away and sue the landlord. Were now left seeking temporary accommodating trying to recoup our losses even though were likely everyone's dream tenant. They employ scare tactics, threatening behaviour, false legal advice, even sent over someonelses tenancy contract to confuse us, now are unwilling to provide any communication details freezing us out. Many thousands are now gone from our savings through this greedy firms actions, just go to a more reputable agent if your letting, not worth rolling the dice as I now know.
